The third location of Beauty & Essex occupies 10,000 square feet of space on North Cahuenga Boulevard. The menu features Chef Santos’ signature multi-ethnic dishes including: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup Dumplings, Tuna Poke Wonton Tacos, Oven Braised Chicken Meatballs, and Tomato Tartare. For the first time, outdoor seating has been introduced to the brand with a ground floor courtyard and a patio on the second level. Tao Los Angeles

Drawing strong inspiration from TAO Downtown in New York, TAO Los Angeles is a dynamic two-level space, complete with four private dining rooms and a large bar. A grand staircase connects TAO’s ground and lower level seating, creating the ultimate platform to see and be seen. The custom staircase includes round banquettes and Chinese daybed-influenced sofas. As in New York, a 20-foot tall Quan Yin statue stands atop a koi pond; using 3D projection mapping technology, Rockwell Group’s LAB designed subtle animations bring this signature statue to life.

Bootsy Bellows

 

Actor David Arquette and business moguls John Terzian and Brian Roll bring Bootsy Bellows; the 60’s art deco inspired nightclub combined with a variety of live entertainment including costumed burlesque dancers, dj’s, live musical acts, puppets, and impromptu concerts. Recently opened and located on the infamous sunset strip in West Hollywood, the venue has already become a favorite hot spot to Hollywood’s elite.

Poppy

‘Poppy’ opens as a hybrid nightclub concept portraying a fantasy world transporting into an underlying stream of consciousness filled with the extensive menagerie of characters from a storybook setting. Poppy features a private room housing an exclusive bar under a curved upholstered ceiling where it will be sure to allow hollywood’s royalty to imbibe the night away in comfort and luxury.

Le Jardin Hollywood

The new 9,000-square-foot outdoor lounge evokes the feeling of Southern France. The Sunset Entertainment creative team and Gulla Jonsdottir of G+Design accented the patio with olive trees and vines, paved the space with tiles, and included striped lounge seating and two outdoor fire pits. There’s room for 600 with two full-service bars, an intimate dining area, and a Funktion 1 sound system. 

The Argyle Hollywood

Housed in the former space of Tru nightclub, the Argyle is a lounge-club combo new to the scene in Hollywood. The main entrance leads down a flight of stairs into an area with comfy couches and the look of a library. This is what management likes to refer to as the cocktail den. “Downstairs in the craft cocktail lounge, you can take a breather and actually talk to the person you’re with,” says Travis Bass of the Tru Hospitality group. “We wanted a 1920s speakeasy down here, but upscale in London or Paris with no Prohibition.”
